Where can I find AL-KO products?

Our online store offers a selected range of products from the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group. For additional items, please contact our specialist dealers or authorized workshops.

Are the products easy to install?

Yes. Most of our products are designed for easy self-assembly. Installation instructions are included with your order. For more complex products, we recommend professional installation by a trained partner.

Do you offer spare parts?

Yes. We offer a variety of spare parts and accessories. If you cannot find a specific item, please contact our customer service team.

Orders & Shipping

How can I place an order?

Simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can complete your order securely online in just a few steps.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately delivery to Northern Irland is not possible.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be shown on the product page and during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

How much are the shipping costs?

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery to all UK mainland addresses.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently, payments can be made securely via PayPal. Your payment details are transmitted directly to PayPal and are not stored by us.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment transactions are SSL-encrypted to protect your data at all times.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, please fill in our return form within 14 days of receipt. We’ll email you further details on how to return your item.

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for your order as soon as we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what was ordered.

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
 To ensure the safe and efficient processing of your returned item, please fill out our Return Form. We will contact you by e-mail shortly with further details on how and where to return.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

Yes, all our products include a minimum 12-month guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
 Please note: It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
