AL-KO are delighted to offer FREE delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately delivery to Northern Irland is not possible.Delivery Time
We reserve the right to decide the method of despatch. In most cases your order will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail.Your order should arrive within 5-7 working days from the date of order. If a product has a longer expected delivery time it will be clearly stated on the product details page, and also at the checkout.
Please note that delivery dates are dependent on stock availability. Should an item not be in stock at the time of your order we will contact you with a revised delivery date.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 10 working days please call our Customer Liaison Department on 01926 818 500 with your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.
